The Phoenix school started with a flair and she soon had training she needed in home staging. She soon graduated and had her certificate. Before she knew it, business was going great and she was getting calls to consult with homeowners and Phoenix realtors, day and night. It wasn't long before she had to hire two helpers that she trained to decorate the houses that were for sale. He and her crew were going in and analyzing architectural features so that they could decorate to get the best photos to publish online. Business was so good with getting houses ready to sell, that they didn't even have to work outside of the Phoenix city limits.



Within three months, Stacey had a new Phoenix office, four full time employees, and a bank account to show how successful she was. People with houses for sale were streaming into her office by word of mouth. Sales of homes that had been staged were selling in less than one-fourth the time that non-staged houses were selling. She liked these statistics because they told her that she was bringing value to Phoenix home sellers.



Stacey was glad she had moved to Phoenix. Her husband was proud of her success and they discussed him quitting his job and joining her. He would attend staging school to get a foundation education in the business before beginning home staging Phoenix style.
